In order to proceed with your application and become eligible for participation, it is necessary for you to acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions that govern the contest. By utilizing our website, which operates under the regulations outlined in our privacy policy, you are agreeing to abide by these terms, conditions, and disclaimers in their entirety. Consequently, if you do not agree with any part of these terms, conditions, and disclaimers, or if you find them unacceptable, it is imperative that you refrain from using our website and refrain from submitting your application and associated materials.

The Glamourfista Champion (Kids Contest) and the use of this website are intended for individuals who reside in Nigeria or have Nigerian heritage. Additionally, any submitted pictures or images must not be associated with any brands or organizations. Content and Intellectual Property:

You acknowledge and agree that the entire content, design, selection, and arrangement of the materials on this website, including text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, and videos (collectively referred to as the "Content"), are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and other proprietary rights and laws. You understand and agree that you are only allowed to use the Content as specifically stated below, and any unauthorized use, such as copying, reproducing, republishing, transmitting, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works of the Content, is strictly prohibited without prior express written authorization from the organizers of the Glamourfista Champion (Kids Contest).

Participation Guidelines:

The Glamourfista Champion (Kids Contest) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any uploaded image ("entry") that does not meet the following requirements, even after submission on the Website. By submitting an entry, you affirm and guarantee the following:

a) You are the exclusive owner and creator of each entry.

b) You possess the necessary rights to make your entry available on the site.

c) Your entry does not contain any content that infringes upon the rights of others, is threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane.

d) Your entry does not include any material that could be considered a criminal offense, lead to civil liability, or violate any laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

e) Your entry does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third party. It also respects individuals' rights of privacy or publicity.

f) Your entry is original, unpublished, and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties, including rights related to use, honor, privacy, image, or intellectual and/or industrial property. It complies with all applicable laws.

g) Your entry does not contain any promotional content for products or services.

You agree to fully indemnify the Glamourfista Champion (Kids Contest) organizers for any royalties, fees, or other payments owed to any person as a result of your breach of the above-mentioned terms.

Winning Terms and Conditions:

Completion of Stages: Contestants must successfully complete all stages of the competition in order to be eligible for winning the contest.

Top 10 Qualifiers: The top 10 contestants will be chosen based on the highest number of votes received during stage 3. These contestants will be acknowledged and awarded a consolation prize.

Winner: The contestant with the highest number of votes will be declared the winner of the competition. The same applies to the 1st and 2nd runners-up positions.

Prize Redemption: Winners will be contacted within 48 hours after each contest to arrange prize redemption. Cash prizes will be transferred to the winners' provided account details, while gift prizes will be delivered to the winners' location within 7 working days through reliable delivery companies in Nigeria.

Rewards: The other 7 Contestants who make it to the last stage but do not win the contest will receive a 10% reward based on the money generated through their fans' voting. The reward may be in the form of gift items or cash, at the discretion of the contest management team.

Fraudulent Activity: In case of suspicion of fraud, the period for award distribution may be extended for up to 30 working days. The organizing business holds no liability for any issues that may arise during the prize distribution.

Account Removal and Refunds: If a participant's account is voluntarily removed or removed at the request of Glamourfista Champion (Kids Contest), no award will be provided, and there will be no refund of money regardless of the cause.

Extended Period for Fraud Investigations: If there is suspicion of fraud, the period for obtaining the award may be extended. Additionally, if fraudulent vote purchases are confirmed, the member's account, participation, and award will be revoked.

Verification of Residence: If it is discovered, following verification, that a participant does not reside in the correct location for the sub-classifications by State/Country, their reward will be nullified, and no compensation will be provided for any invested funds.

Winning the Glamourfista Champion (Kids Contest) is subject to the completion of all stages, the selection process based on votes, and adherence to the outlined terms and conditions.

Expected Conduct: By registering for the Competition, participants agree to abide by the Competition Rules posted on the Glamourfista Champion (Kids Contest) website and social media accounts. Participants agree to be bound by the final decisions made by the Organization. The Organization reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who:

Violates the Competition Rules.

Interferes with the smooth operation of the Competition.

Violates the terms of service, use conditions, general rules or guidelines, property or service or engages in disruptive behavior that harasses or abuses other participants.

Most Important: Prior to participating in the contest, it is mandatory for all participants to carefully read and fully accept these regulations. By entering the contest, participants will be considered to have acknowledged and agreed to comply with all provisions outlined herein.
